To enter:

1. Handwrite your full name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number on a 3" x 5" card.

Important Limits and Requirements

• Limit one (1) mail-in request per participant per day during the Promotion Period.
• Only one (1) request is permitted per outer mailing envelope.
• Each participant may submit a maximum of fifty-six (56) mail-in requests during the Promotion Period.
• Requests must be handwritten. Mechanically reproduced or computer-generated requests will not be accepted.
• Mail-in requests will not be returned.

Upon validation, the no-purchase Entry and Ballots will be sent to the email address provided on the mail-in request.

2. Tap UPLOAD RECEIPT.
3. Choose:

• Camera (Android)
• Take a Photo (iPhone)
• Select an existing image or file from your device.

4. Take a photo or select your receipt file.
5. Click UPLOAD to Submit.

On Desktop:
1. Login to your CheerwineSummer.com account or create an account if you haven’t already.
2. Tap UPLOAD RECEIPT.
3. Click UPLOAD RECEIPT.
4. Select the receipt image or file from your computer.
5. Click UPLOAD to submit.

File Requirements:

• Maximum size: 10 MB
• Accepted types: GIF, JPG, PNG, BMP, PDF

Tips for Long Receipts:

• Place the receipt on a flat surface.
• Hold your camera directly above it.
• Ensure all details are visible.
• If needed, fold gently without hiding important info.
• Upload the image using the standard process.

Log in and access your ballots

Assign ballots to a prize pool
Use the + or – buttons to allocate each ballot to the prize pool of your choice.

Submit your assignments
Once all pending ballots have been assigned, click CONTINUE to complete the process.

Access unassigned ballots later
If you didn’t assign your ballots immediately, you can still do so later:

• Any unassigned ballots will automatically be added to your total the next time you upload a receipt.
• To assign ballots, simply allocate them as needed and click Continue to proceed.

Coupon and discount prizes are available through your game account at
CheerwineSummer.com.

To access your prizes:

1. Log in to your game account.
2. Navigate to My Game Account.
3. Select Instant & Discount Prizes to view your available coupons and discount prizes.

Please note that each coupon or discount prize may only be redeemed once. Coupons are printable at home, and we recommend not accessing them until you are ready to print them. Discounts are redeemable at store.cheerwine.com. Coupons will not be replaced if lost.

If you have won an instant prize but did not complete the release form, you can still access it by logging in to your account and navigating to My Game Account.

From there, select Instant & Discount Prizes and locate the prize you won. If the release form has not yet been completed, a link to the form will be available. Simply click the link and follow the instructions to complete the process.

If you have won an instant product prize and have completed the required release form, your information will be submitted for prize fulfillment.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your prize to be processed and delivered by mail.

Bonus codes are special promotional codes shared on our social media channels. Entering a valid code will award you an instant prize.

If you win an Instant Win or Discount Prize, the prize details will automatically appear on your screen. Simply follow the instructions provided to redeem your prize. If you're unable to redeem it immediately, don't worry—your prize will be securely saved in your My Game Account and can be accessed later. You must complete a release form to redeem an instant product prize.

To Redeem Your Instant Product Prize:

1. Complete the release form.
2. Your prize will be mailed to the address on the release form.
